Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize component becomes unavailable. Any difference between the ARV and actual value will not be awarded.
7. Prize designee
The winner may designate the photographer or in-house lead named in their entry (the “Designee”) to receive and use the prize. The Designee must meet Sections 3(a) and 3(b), must not be excluded under Section 3 and must sign the same Release as the winner before the prize ships. A designation is final once made. Sponsor is not responsible for any arrangement between the winner and the Designee.
8. Winner selection and odds
On or about [November 12, 2026], Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will take place at Sponsor’s office in Waterloo, Ontario. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. One prize is available across all eligible regions. There is no regional allocation.
9. Winner notification and verification
Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw. To be declared the winner, the potential winner must complete each of the following within five (5) business days of Sponsor’s first notification attempt:
- (a)Respond to Sponsor.
- (b)Correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by phone or video call.
- (c)Sign and return Sponsor’s Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (the “Release”), where lawful.
A potential winner who cannot be reached, does not respond in time, answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, does not return the Release or is found ineligible forfeits the prize. Sponsor may then select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will select up to [three (3)] alternates, after which the prize will not be awarded.
10. Prize delivery
Sponsor will ship the prize to an address within the eligible regions provided by the winner or Designee within six (6) weeks after the end of the Entry Period. Late verification or incorrect shipping information extends this window. Sponsor covers standard shipping, duties and brokerage. Tour credits will be applied to the iGuide account of the winner or Designee. Risk of loss passes on delivery.
11. Taxes
All federal, state, provincial and local taxes and any costs not listed in Section 6 are the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize is consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s and Designee’s name, city, state or province, photograph, likeness, brokerage name and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotion in any media now known or later developed, including online, social media and email, including to announce and highlight the winner, worldwide and without time limit, without further compensation or approval.
13. Cancellation, modification and disqualification
Subject to applicable law, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, cancellation or disruption of NAR NXT 2026, inability to operate the Realtor.com® booth or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In that event, Sponsor may award the prize by random draw from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information or violates these Official Rules.
14. Privacy and use of information
Sponsor collects the personal information of entrants and the business contact information of the photographers and in-house leads that entrants name. Sponsor uses this information to administer the Sweepstakes and deliver the prize. Sponsor may also contact entrants and the photographers or in-house leads they name about iGuide products and services, in line with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws. Anyone contacted may unsubscribe at any time. Information is handled under Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at goiguide.com/privacy-policy.
15. Release and limitation of liability
By entering, each entrant (and any Designee) releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any claim, loss or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate or misdirected entries. They are also not responsible for badge scanner, lead retrieval or other technical errors. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. [Counsel to confirm treatment for US entrants and any dispute resolution clause.] The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
