WATERLOO, Ontario, July 9, 2026 – Planitar Inc., makers of iGUIDE, a proprietary camera and software platform for capturing and delivering immersive virtual walkthroughs and property data, today announced a partnership with Mediatask, a professional real estate drafting and reporting service. Starting immediately, iGUIDE customers in the Netherlands can submit their iGUIDE project directly to Mediatask to receive a BBMI/NEN 2580-compliant building area report and a Floorplanner floor plan, both required to list a property on Funda.

One scan. Two required outputs.
The iGUIDE system captures 360° imagery and a LiDAR data in a single capture experience. Mediatask has validated that this data meets the accuracy requirements for compliance with Meetinstructie (BBMI). The only additional on-site step photographers need to take is measuring room heights under sloped roofs. Everything else, iGUIDE captures automatically.
Once the scan is complete, photographers download their iGUIDE deliverables, including the SVG floor plan, and upload them directly to Mediatask. Mediatask returns a BBMI/NEN 2580-compliant report and a Floorplanner floor plan, both formatted and ready for Funda. iGUIDE’s direct Funda integration means the full workflow, from first capture to published listing, stays connected.

Het iGUIDE-systeem legt 360°-beeldmateriaal en LiDAR-gegevens vast in één enkele opname-ervaring.
