New partner spotlight: Mediatask

If you're an iGUIDE customer in the Netherlands, preparing a property for Funda just got easier. 

We're excited to announce a new partnership with Mediatask, giving Dutch photographers a streamlined path from iGUIDE capture to a Funda-ready listing. Through this partnership, customers can use their existing iGUIDE project to generate a BBMI-compliant building area report and a Floorplanner floor plan—two key deliverables required for publishing properties on Funda.

You don't need to learn a new capture process or change the way you work.

Capture the property with iGUIDE as you normally would. Once your project has processed, download your deliverables (including the SVG floor plan) and upload them to Mediatask. They prepare your BBMI-compliant building area report and your Funda-ready Floorplanner floor plan.

The only additional on-site measurement is room height beneath sloped or complex ceilings. Everything else comes out of your standard iGUIDE capture.

Every Funda listing needs a BBMI report and a Floorplanner floor plan. Someone is supplying those today, and until now it usually wasn't the photographer.

Now it can be. You're already on site. You're already capturing the data the report requires. Adding the compliance deliverables keeps the whole listing with one provider: you. That's a simpler story for your agency clients and a stronger quote for every property you shoot.

BBMI is the Dutch compliance standard for building area reporting, based on the Meetinstructie. It exists because buyers make decisions on listed area, and disputed square metres turn into disputed sales. Funda requires a compliant report before a listing goes live.

That makes measurement accuracy the foundation of this whole workflow. iGUIDE captures a property with lidar at 0.5 percent or less typical distance measurement uncertainty. Mediatask validated the workflow before launch and confirmed that iGUIDE data meets the accuracy requirements for BBMI compliance.

For you, that means no second site visit and no re-measuring by hand. The data you already capture for the tour and floor plan is the same data that produces the compliance report.
