- One (1) PMRE full-access ticket
- Round-trip flight within continental Canada or the United States
- Car service to and from the airport
- Hotel accommodation at The Palms Resort, Las Vegas (November 17-20, 2026)
The total maximum value of each Prize shall not exceed $2,750 USD (or the CAD equivalent, based on the Bank of Canada exchange rate on the date of winner selection), allocated approximately as follows:
- PMRE Conference Event Ticket: $900
- Flights: $800

Spending money, meals, insurance, ground transportation (beyond $250), transfers, incidentals, and all other costs not expressly listed as part of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Each winner can only win once and will be disqualified if drawn again. If the winner has already purchased any of the listed components, reimbursement will be provided as an Amazon gift card upon submission of valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipts or booking confirmations), up to the maximum budget for each item. No substitution or cash equivalent will be provided, except where that reimbursement may be issued in the form of an Amazon gift card as permitted under this Section 5.
A substitute prize may be provided only where the originally advertised Prize (or part of it) is unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s control. Unless otherwise specified in these Rules, a winner cannot exchange the prize (or any part of it) for cash, goods or services.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
There will be three (3) separate prize draws (each, a “Draw”). For each Draw, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by 9:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on the day prior to the applicable Draw date, as outlined below:
- Draw 1: June 16, 2026 (eligible entries received by 9:00 PM ET on June 15, 2026)

Each winner will be selected by random draw conducted by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received for the applicable Draw.
Winner will be notified within 2 business days of the winner being drawn using the contact details provided at entry.
Each entry will be included in all subsequent Draws during the Contest Period unless the entrant has already been selected as a winner.
If a selected winner does not claim the prize, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or fails to comply with these Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant at the Sponsor’s discretion.
The Sponsor may require entrants or winners to provide proof of identity, age, residence, and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification.
Winner is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required travel documentation, including a valid passport, visas, and any other entry or travel requirements. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, or interruptions due to force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, public health events, labour disputes, or event cancellation. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each respective Draw. Selected Canadian entrants must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a winner.
Skill testing question:
Without the aid of a calculator, correctly answer the following question: (12 × 4) − 10 ÷ 2 + 6 = ?
Selected entrants must respond to the winner notification within five (5) business days of initial contact. Failure to respond within this time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate entrant.
7. Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable. All travel and event arrangements must be approved and booked in accordance with Sponsor guidelines. Reimbursement is only applicable where outlined in Section 5.
The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of third‑party providers, including airlines, hotels, and event organisers. The Sponsor is not responsible for any acts or omissions of such third parties.

You grant Sponsor and our related entities a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display your Entry content for any purpose, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or technical errors that may occur in the submission or winner notification process. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial/state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.
If the Contest is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorized intervention, fraud, public health events, government restrictions, or event cancellation, the Sponsor reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Contest.
10. Release
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Planitar Inc., Upmarket Media, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
