iGUIDEs with a Site Plan Add‑on for conventional lot sizes will be processed within 24 hours when all required data is uploaded to the iGUIDE Portal; however, this timeline may not apply to properties with more than 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) of interior space, extensive acreage or complex site features. In such cases, delivery of the iGUIDE + Site Plan Add-on will depend on overall size and complexity and may exceed 48 hours.

Site Plans are an illustrative overview of the full residential property, showing building placement and key exterior features to provide context beyond the interior. They appear as a dedicated level within the iGUIDE Viewer and are delivered as PDF and JPG files. Site Plans are a paid add-on available with iGUIDE Standard or Premium packages and are intended for marketing and reference purposes (not a land survey).
Branded Property Overviews update how floor plans are presented—similar to the agent banner feature—by turning them into polished, branded summaries. They are included at no additional cost and give agents a professional, client-ready asset they can easily share.
