Terms for Complimentary Processing
Offer available until 31/3/27, unless withdrawn prior. Planitar reserves the right to remove offer on 14 days’ notice. Complimentary processing covered by REA Group, applies to residential iGUIDEs that are uploaded to realestate.com.au, within 60 days from creation and includes iGUIDE Instant, Express, Standard or Premium and Site Plan Add-on. If not uploaded to realestate.com.au, processing costs will be added to the relevant photographer account. Limit of one processing credit per listing. Complimentary processing does not apply to Radix or any Advanced Drawing Packages.
Terms for Premiere+ credit
Offer available until 31/3/27, unless withdrawn prior. REA reserves the right to remove offer on 14 days’ notice. Credit applicable only to paid Premiere+ listings in VIC and NSW that are uploaded to the buy section of realestate.com.au between 1/9/26 and 31/3/27. To receive the immersive listing credit, an iGUIDE 3D tour and iGUIDE or agency templated floor plan must be loaded to the Premiere+ listing at time of initial listing upload and maintained for the duration of the campaign. Not applicable to Pay on Sale, Land or Rent listings. $500 immersive listing credit will be applied to metro regions and $250 to regional, as determined by REA. Credits are inclusive of GST. Immersive listing credit not available in conjunction with any other offer. Where a listing is eligible for multiple offers, the higher listing credit will be applied. Immersive listing credit must be used to directly fund vendor media or reimburse vendor media costs already incurred. REA may decline future credits where funds are not used for media on the vendor's realestate.com.au listing.
