Planitar Inc. wishes to announce that Kevin Klages has made a decision to step down from the Board of Directors in order to pursue business opportunities as a Planitar customer.
Kevin’s new venture will be using iGUIDE to service the Commercial Real Estate sector. He has always been passionate about applications of Planitar’s technology in the CRE market and is looking to leverage his prior business experience in that area and deep understanding of iGUIDE capabilities to bring new efficiencies to the industry. Kevin has made his decision in order to fully concentrate on his new business and to avoid any conflict of interest.
