Welcome to the iGUIDE Learning Academy!

Here you will find all the answers to your iGUIDE portal system related question.  There are a series of educational units, ordered chronologically, that you can use to learn how to operate the camera system.  Each unit has a video, a description, a quiz, and an FAQ.  If you complete all the quizzes successfully in the basic training program you will be awarded the iGUIDE Approved Photographer badge!

iGUIDE Portal Training Program – Learn how to use the iGUIDE portal to create and manage your iGUIDEs!

Log into the iGUIDE Portal and find your way around.

  1. Click the link in the invitation email.  Your browser will be directed to the the iGUIDE portal (https://manage.youriguide.com) where you will be prompted to create a password.
  2. Once you have created a password you will be automatically logged in
  3. You can go to the iGUIDE portal (https://manage.youriguide.com) at any time, from any device and login using your username and password.

TIP:  Create a shortcut or bookmark in your browser to make subsequent visits easier.

The iGUIDE portal performs several important functions that are critical to iGUIDE production and are available directly from the menu bar:

  1. Create iGUIDEs.  Click on + Create iGUIDE to start the creation process. An iGUIDE must be created in our system before data can be uploaded for processing.
  2. Manage iGUIDEs.  Click on My iGUIDEs to see a list of all available iGUIDEs in order to upload data for processing or make changes to iGUIDEs that have already been drafted.
  3. Create user accounts.  Click on Dashboard to view and create new user accounts
  4. Access support materials.  Click on Support to access camera manuals, training videos, and marketing materials

General Settings can be found by clicking your username in the top right hand corner of the screen.  By clicking on settings you will have access to the following:

  1. Contact Details
  2. Manage and upload your images
  3. Manage your agent branding (banners)
  4. Configure your iGUIDE default settings
  5. Edit your profile
  6. Change your password

Create an iGUIDE and submit data

The process of creating an iGUIDE can be broken down into the following steps:

  1. Click the +Create iGUIDE button on the menu bar
  2. Select a Package or Add-ons
  3. Enter the property address
  4. Add branding
  5. Choose iGUIDE Report subscribers, Editors, and iGUIDE Analytics subscribers
  6. Select your Stitch Data file and gallery images
  7. Click Create iGUIDE and Upload

Upoad iGUIDE data

After creating an iGUIDE it will appear in the myiGUIDEs list.  From this view many common functions are accessible including the ability to upload data to the iGUIDE.  Uploading data is a critical step, here’s how to do it:

  1. Find your iGUIDE on the myiGUIDEs page
  2. Click the Upload Export Data button
  3. Click on the dotted box and select your export file
  4. Confirm that you have chosen the correct file
  5. Click the blue upload button

Configure your iGUIDE.  Change labels, disable/enable panos.

Changing room labels can be done at any time after the iGUIDE has been processed.  The position cannot be changed and new labels cannot be added.

  1. Find your iGUIDE on the myiGUIDEs page
  2. Click the blue edit button
  3. Scroll down to the iGUIDE preview
  4. Find a room label you would like to modify
  5. Click on the label you want to change
  6. Type in new text or change the size
  7. Click save

Configure your iGUIDE.  Turn panos on and off.

Turning panoramas on and off can be done at any time after the iGUIDE has been processed.

  1. Find your iGUIDE on the myiGUIDEs page
  2. Click the blue edit button
  3. Scroll down to the iGUIDE preview
  4. Find a panorama you would like to turn on or off
  5. Double click on the dot representing the panorama
  6. Click save

Brand your iGUIDEs with Agent information

Branding can include contact information, a headshot, a company logo, or a custom image.  It can be added during iGUIDE creation or any time afterward. To add branding after and iGUIDE has been created follow the steps below:

  1. Find your iGUIDE on the myiGUIDEs page
  2. Click the iGUIDE Details button
  3. Click the Edit Default View button
  4. Scroll down to the section labeled Banner
  5. Click on the Assign myself as a sponsor button
  6. Click Save Sponsor
  7. Click on the black box below with the text “No banner selected.  Click Here to Select”
  8. Click on an existing banner or click +Create new banner button

Update a panorama with new images.

Panorama images can be replaced for up to two weeks after the iGUIDE has been processed.  Replacing panorama images only works if you are using an edited version of the original panorama.  If you have gone back to the property to shoot additional panos then you will need to send those into the drafting team to be added.  To update a panorama follow the steps below:

  1. Find your iGUIDE on the myiGUIDEs page
  2. Click the blue edit button
  3. Click The Replace Pano Tiles button
  4. Click on the panorama location you wish to update
  5. Click the Download all button
  6. Edit the jpgs in a third party image editing application (ie. Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom)
  7. Click on the Upload images box at the bottom of the screen
  8. Select your images
  9. Click Save
  10. Confirm your selection and click Sumbit

Add panorama branding to your iGUIDEs

Your logo image can be used to cover the tripod in any panorama image.  To change the panorama branding image follow the steps below:

  1. Click on your name or profile image on the menu bar
  2. Click the settings button that appears in the dropdown menu
  3. Click the iGUIDE Defaults tab
  4. Scroll down to the the heading Pano Branding Image
  5. Click on the Circle that says Click to select an image
  6. Click on an image to select it or upload a new image
  7. Click Save

It is recommended that you use an image that is circular with a transparent background and size it to 680×680 pixels.

Add a video link to your iGUIDE

A video can be configured to play inside any iGUIDE.  This video will be accessible from the Video tab.  To add a video from Youtube or Vimeo follow the steps below:

  1. Find your iGUIDE on the my iGUIDEs page.
  2. Click the blue edit button
  3. Paste you video URL into the field provided
  4. Scroll down to the the bottom of the page and click Save

It is recommended that you use an image that is circular with a transparent background and size it to 680×680 pixels.
