Every iGUIDE is delivered with an interactive floor plan and 360 degree panoramic visuals, giving the user full control over their experience while exploring the property. Navigation is better with an integrated floor plan because you know where you are at all times. Why go through the effort of visiting a property physically or pretend to be walking virtually, when you can instantaneously teleport to where you want to be like in a dream?

You can feel confident about your choice to use iGUIDE because typical iGUIDE measurement uncertainty, in distance measurement on a floor plan, is 0.5% or better and the corresponding uncertainty in square footage is 1% or better. Standards stipulate maximum square footage errors of 2% and iGUIDE exceeds these requirements. iGUIDE also offers the flexibility of choosing between ANSI-Z765-2021 or RECA RMS for area calculations. iGUIDE uses the ANSI-Z765-2021 measurement standard to calculate the required Gross Living Area (GLA) and is fully compatible with new rules introduced by Fannie Mae beginning April 1st.

No monthly fee means you are not tied down to an additional fixed cost for your business every month. Pay as you go with hosting being included in the iGUIDE processing fee and we provide a link for you to keep a secure, downloadable copy of all of the assets that can be self-hosted.

iGUIDE puts you in the driver’s seat. You have complete control over the 3D tour experience, including the image itself. The panoramas are fully editable: make skies blue, edit out personal photos on the wall, or Photoshop the patch-work that wasn’t completely finished for the booked appointment.
